I ordered from SHEIN and it took over 3 to 4 failed delivery attempts before receiving my package. Once my package was received it look like had been opened up and taped in multiple places, I was missing four items totaling up to $74. I have filed a claim with SHEIN and they reassured me that they were no missing items from my package so they couldn’t do anything about it. so that led me to believe since SHEIN confirmed every item was in my package that one of the speed, X drivers that delivered my package had opened and tampered with my package and stolen items from my package. I had a very large pair of boots, a pair of sandals, a white purse, and some Christmas figurines that are all missing from the package. also other boxes and things inside of my package were opened with and closed and looked like they had been bent or crushed as if the person who delivered it went through all of the items seeing what they wanted to take. I am not the only one with issues from them regarding things like this, there are tons of reviews all over the Internet, talking about how speed X scams people and steals from them and fakes delivery. They also do not have a phone number to contact for customer support as well as no live agents to speak to. All they have is an AI chat box that isn’t much help.
