Description
This company skillfully uses social media (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc) and fake reviews and stolen photos to create the impression that their product works to cure acne. They also represent themselves as having been positively reviewed in specific major publications (eg Men's Health) and in the news media, but it turns out this is not the case. Although I did not pursue a refund, my impression is that the requirements for obtaining a refund are onerous, many customers struggle to get refunds, and their subscription plans are very hard to cancel. This product egregiously worsened my child's acne, causing severe inflammation and scarring, and persistent depression and anxiety about the damage done to her skin. I do not believe this is an effective treatment for acne, I do not believe its ingredients can be verified, and I believe the company is knowingly, criminally defrauding customers, and in many cases, worsening their acne, causing them harm. I also believe this company is using a fake business address.
