Description
i ordered 1. a STRUCTURED stiff neutral brown suede jacket with brown suede inside clearly shown in the photos on the website, a knit sweater that looks almost fuzzy because its KNIT like yarn or whatever they use, described as "Designed with a mid-rise waist." their website claims "AS SEEN IN vogue, mashable, flaunt, instyle" when i cannot find that anywhere. on the items their return policy says "30 day fit guarantee:Returns & Refunds We want you to absolutely love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-return policy. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. How to Return: Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through our easy return process. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your satisfaction means everything to us — we’re here to make sure you love every piece you wear." While their return policy in the "returns" section of the website says "Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is at your own expense. We understand that returning items internationally, particularly to Asia, can result in high costs." After receiving my items and inspecting them, i google reverse image searched the listings on their website. ALL of the images of "THEIR" clothes were stolen from urban outfitters, random girls instagram pages, and other companies websites. none are from theirs originally, meaning none of their ads or listing photos are of their own clothing. Their clothing is not pictured anywhere on their social media, ads, or website. It is all stolen. So here's what i received, in order of the first items i listed and what they were SUPPOSED to be.. a flimsy, light-warm toned camel shirt jacket with a black polyester inside, a shirt that was in the same "shape" or silhouette of the sweater i ordered, but in regular t-shirt material, not woven nor sweater and certainly not wool blend, and a high-waisted (so high waisted, i have an incredibly LONG torso and they went to under my bust) pair of grey pinstripe jeans, while the advertised photo was actually from Urban Outfitters where they were a low-mid rise jean. i reached out initially and explained in detail, and they asked for photos. i sent them photos of every single thing, including what i received vs what their website showed, and the listing photos on actual clothing websites like urban outfitters. i pointed out exact details that were different in the photos versus what i received, and included photos of that too. i covered every single base. they did not answer me for over a week. i followed up ON THE SAME EMAIL THREAD AS MY LAST ONE asking if they were ever going to respond and threatened legal action. they responded ONLY to that ON THE SAME THREAD, asking for photos (which i obviously already sent and they ignored). they offered me 15% off or to send the items to China on my own dime.
