I am writing to formally file a complaint against BINOZ PTE. Ltd., a company based in Singapore, regarding an order I placed that I have not received. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, they have failed to deliver the purchased item and have misrepresented facts in their communications. I placed the order on November 3, 2025, and paid extra for expedited shipping. 2. Tracking shows the package was “out for delivery” on November 17, but as of today, I have not received it. The post office confirmed they have no record of the package. 3. The seller falsely claimed I received this order on November 18, confusing it with another unrelated order (two damaged drones). 4. The seller has pressured me to close disputes despite failing to deliver the purchased item.
