I ordered the Nedo squishmas Advent calendar for $39 from Instagram and it said free shipping. I received a slip in the mailbox from the post office that I had a package to pick up because it was sent with a fraudulent label and would have to pay $11.13. I went and declined the package because there was nothing I ordered where I would have to pay for shipping, plus the label was fraud. Come to find out it was that order. Also the size of the package they shipped could not have been what I ordered because the box was so small. Shipping tracking info showed coming from China and return address on package was from Ian Craig, **** **** ***, South El Monte California. I contacted them and they gave a line about it being a new customs policy and to accept the package and they would refund me. Obviously I didn’t do that.
