I purchased a few outfits from this company, which would be about a month ago today I emailed several times about my tracking number that was provided not working. They then told me that it does work and for me to wait however I have waited the holidays have now passed, and I still have not received my package. I went back to my original email to then track this package again and the tracking number no longer works. I asked for a refund and they told me that they would refund me my money however they have none of my information to do this. This site is bogus and this needs to be reported so that no one else from the US uses this company again. I also ordered from a different site called. CLOVYA which I believe is owned by the same company however only spent $12 there so the loss is not as big, but I am tired of ordering from places like this because they advertise on TikTok we purchase and you never receive your items you’re out of your money. I have also attached the fake tracking number system that was generated to me through email. I have also went on their website for the correct phone number and email however, there was none available.
