Description
Ordered the products & an additional item was added within my consent. Contacted the company & they only send AI responses & insist I wasn’t charged. Even when I have sent screen shots, etc. I asked for a complete refund & was told my product shipped. So I asked for shipping info which they refuse to provide and when I search my order on the site it doesn’t exist.
