I am a Realtor in Southern California and I received an offer from Charisse Lacanaria of Oakwood Investments LLC for a listing I have for sale in Ventura CA. The offer was sent via email but when I responded to the email I never received a response. The offer was low and there was no phone number provided on the offer itself. The offer included Proof of Funds from Wealthfront but the name of the account holder and the entire account number had been redacted.
