I received a medicare summary notice in the mail that detailed 6 months of catheter services I did not receive, each for $2,250 per month for April, May, June August September and October. My Medicare paid 80% of the $13,500 billed and my secondary insurance paid $7,056 (they denied the August singular billing; not sure why just that one). I contacted my secondary insurance to alert them to this and they were attempting to contact Century Medical Supply multiple times and had the call dropped. They were going to reach out to medicare on my behalf and update me as to how to proceed. While I didn't personally lose money, Medicare and my insurance were defrauded by this company unbeknownst to me. I don't know if BBB alerted the insurance industry or Medicare to this scam, but it's awful.
