Prior to this purchase, I contacted to verify the business. Website indicated that the store is closing and their jewelry is handcrafted one. Also checked that hassle free 30 day money guarantee. However, I ended up to be provided returning address in China. Also one of items, earrings are nothing like what they had on their website and very poor and low quality was already bent. Oh, all jewelry is low quality and not money worth anyway. Nothing like the website pictures. The website said provide picture OR video, so I provide the picture, then they asked me to provide the video otherwise they don't process these defective earrings. They are buying the time and I am not sure if I ship them to China, unless I ship the expensive way to get proof of delivery, they could said, they never receive my returning shipment. So... I did not return them but instead, requesting for the US address which they do not have one. I found the same jewelry in other 2 different websites. This is totally SCAM!!
