The items were marketed as a beautiful, “natural, full…” holiday garland that ships in 1-2 business days and arrives in 7-12. It took just shy of a month to arrive, no contact or response from the company, and the garland is very cheap, plastic and sparse. And has a horrible smell. Again have tried to contact the company for a refund at [email protected] and [email protected] and no reply. I am trying to return for a refund but no response and no phone number.
