Description
Caller left voicemail stating their name was Nick Stevenson and was a carrier with my county. (Didn’t specify my counties name) Then stated he was responsible for serving legal documents I would need for an upcoming court appearance. They would be stopping by our home or place of employment to gain signatures and failure to obtain these signatures would force him to surrender the documents to the county as refusal to sign. This would be considered a missed court appearance.
