The attachment below is what I ordered. It said made in USA. I received just a oximeter. Made by Shenzhen Hexin Zondan Medical Equipment Co LTD Adress Floor 14 Block D Technology Building the crossing between south circle road and south full road Guangming District Shenzhen China. I have emailed [email protected] that was on my order invoice i received email. they told me they are looking into it. That was Sept 11.
