I paid this Christmas light company $305 as a 50% deposit for them to put lights up at our home. They have completely disappeared – they've not responded to my emails, they blocked my call and have scammed me out of my money. Please see email history below and the attached invoice. Monica, please provide an update as to when we will be fully reimbursed. If you do not provide me with an exact date and amount by end of day today, my next email will be to the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, my small claims attorney is copied on this email.
