Description
I ordered a pair of shoes from lilyhil.com that was advertised on Pinterest on November 12, 2025. I contacted them through email on December 5th to find out when the order would be delivered. Days later I filled out a form on the website to again find out when they would be delivered. Now they tell me the website incorrectly displayed the fact that they were in stock but charged me for the item for $37.96 when I actually placed the order. So for a month they had my money but didn't bother to reach out and tell me the item was not in stock when I ordered it. I had to contact them twice to find this out. The options they are offering do not include a full refund. They are offering a DISCOUNT to be used on their website or pick something else for the same amount. Why would I want to order from them after this type of treatment? I want a full refund which only is fair. I want to warn people of their misleading practices.
