This company has extremely shady business practices. I ordered three tubes of toothpaste, and I was initially charged - & never signed up for a subscription - and then a week later I was charged again and they mailed me another order of three tubes of toothpaste. I thought it was double billed but then when I looked more into the company and read their trusPilot reviews, I see that this is a standard scam practice of this company to automatically sign people up for subscriptions for products without even asking anyone if they want a sub subscription. I have since deleted my payment pre-authorized method from the website, but if I hadn’t found that they would just keep charging me and mailing me products that incidentally I haveyet to receive. I never signed up to be subscribed - VERY, really frustrating and illegal. I think if they do not refund me the double booking I will be reporting the merchant to Shopify and I will definitely be protesting and contesting the charge on my Barclays card. I have given them a negative trust pilot review and I will give them a negative Shopify review as well.
