This is an online boutique. Specializing in crocheted baby items. I ordered a onesie set. It included a hat a pair of booties and a customized onesie with baby’s name. Turn around time was 6-8 wks. I paid using Afterpay. I ordered in sept. Expected delivery in Nov. I reached out several times through social media asking for an update each time I was given an excuse. The first was waiting for yarn to come in. I received a pic of items I thought were mine. After a week and no tracking number I asked what was the hold up. Answers were vague. I then sent a msg asking directly when could I expect delivery I was told it would be shipped out with next batch of orders but never stating when that would be. Finally after a few weeks I get a msg saying it would be hand delivered and excuses about a death in the family and an injury . My dispute with Afterpay was closed out because the merchant responded. I don’t believe I will ever receive this merchandise it’s been months. This person has my address and contact information.
