I ordered from Tiktok Shop, like I've done before without issue, but I tried this company for a deal. There was another deal that I purchased and received without issue so I didn't think it was too good to be true. Anyway, I purchased a 8-set jogging suit deal for $25 + tax. It was supposed to arrive within 7 business days via FedEx. Today marks day 33 and I received notification that it was delivered. After calling and searching MANY COURIERS with the tracking number, I finally found who was SUPPOSED TO deliver it, some Chinese logistics company LXGYL that uses third-party tracking services like 17 Track Net or WANB EXPRESS, TRACK718, etc. All found a different email than the one I originally used to reach out to Exirae 3 days after my purchase with no update. I was giving a tracking number
