Description
I purchased a product from an ad on Facebook TikTok or Instagram. I can’t remember. The order was placed on September 20, 2025. It took about a month to get it was not the item as described in the ad. I reached out to customer service requested a refund. They said I could have a full refund but I have not gotten it yet. They keep saying it’s coming they keep saying that it’s being investigated or researched. They will not confirm the payment method used or payment method they sent the refund to. I have about 50 emails back-and-forth.
