I ordered from this company on 10/10/25, I paid $120.00 for two items. I didn’t get any updates regarding my order. I reached out and they said the order was a “pre-order” which was not listed when purchasing. On 10/22/25 I asked to cancel the order and provide me with a refund. I never received my refund and they keep sending automated messages. I believe this company is a scam.
