I made the EPIC mistake of subscribing to a diet subscription service called no.Diet. The company name is Medical Score UAB. The company code is *********. When I realized that the subscription would cost $80/mo, I tried to cancel. The only way to do so is to send an email to [email protected]. I requested to cancel my subscription via this email address, as well as the subscription for a sister company called Mindway. The company received my request and asked that I respond to a second email confirming request. I respond but two months later the company withdrew two separate transactions: 1) from no.diet for $79 and 2) from midway for $220. When I reached out to the company they tried claiming that because I never responded to their THIRD cancellation email, my subscriptions were never cancelled and that they would not be refunding the illegal transactions they processed. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank, however, I do not want other people to fall victim to the same illegal, shady business practices. I never actually received any product in exchange.
