I found this company, Golden Haven who claimed to be Canadian, online. I placed an order and paid by credit card. I received a package several weeks later with only one of the twelve items from my order. When I reached out to the company via their help link on their website I received no response. I then found an email address and sent an inquiry to them. Once again I received no response so I began to look for a phone number and address and could not find any. I became suspicious so I contacted my credit card company and explained that I wanted to put a stop payment on the transaction. Several days later I heard from the company who felt that my actions were unwarranted and wanted to resolve the issue. I responded that I felt their product was not as advertised and that I had only received one of the twelve items and that it was very small (not adult sizing) and of poor quality which I received no response to. Several days later I received another package from them with even smaller, poorer quality items. Once again I emailed and expressed that I wasn't 100% satisfied and wanted a return address so I could get the product back to them. I still have not heard from them. I have done some browsing and have found several different companies with the same model advertising the same products and they are also without contact information except through their websites. Interestingly, the logo on their products is the same as that on the Golden Haven products but not on the products I received.
