I placed the order on 11/18/25 after seeing the Facebook ad and looking at the very slick website. My bank account was debited on 11/19/25. Tracking info did not update until 11/24/25 and was unlike typical tracking information. The shipper was listed as GOFO. Googling that shipper name made me even more dubious. On 11/30/25, shipping updated to say the package had arrived in my county but indicated a 'hold for instructions' applied. It is now December 5. I have emailed the company with a cc to the shipper. I have called the shipper and then received an email with a map and pin dropped to 'confirm' my delivery location. I could have walked to the shipper location, picked up the package, and walked home in 5 days. Grace and Henry's 'response' has been lacking in shipping details (ie location of warehouse from where shipping originated, location of warehouse where it would ship from in my county, etc.). I am not one to fall for scams, however, I was sucked in by the very slick website presentation. I have filed a dispute with my bank and hope I'll recoup the $136.29 I am out.
