Description
I thought I was using the Pop mart site but it wasn't. It was an ad from facebook for Labubu Stitch. I ordered on Oct 14th. Charged $45 on my debit Nov 5th. Never received package, even though said it was delivered. They had a fake email confirmation, they even had a USPS tracking number which had to be fake or cancelled. I emailed customer service and they responded with some information but nothing ever happened. Then I loooked up the email address on Google and all these potential fraud alerts came up. It was a scam!! They knew what they were doing. Kept me thinking that they would re ship a new order but never did. No phone number either. The charge on my account was from this Merchant name: SP Powertech Brussels / DU BE Card Purchase Beware of what site you're actually odering from. I was def taken for a ride.
