Description
This company called and represented themselves as working on behalf of NBOA in assisting them with booking hotel reservations. We were then notified by NBOA that they received multiple complaints and that this is considered to be fraud. We tried to cancel and were advised that we would not get refunded. Also found out that they booked 4 rooms instead of 2 and they refused to update.
