I made a purchase online https://kirklandminoxidil.co/ entered all my credit card info last November 23, 2025. The purchase was successful and there was a confirmation on my email about the order number and tracking info. I was communicating to the merchant whereabouts my order after one week the reply was "Hi XXXX, apologies for the delay in your order is currently on the way. Your order will get to you in a few days". Due to disappointment and frustration i file a dispute claim to my credit card company. I searched about this merchant details and contact number and discovered red flags: +44747129071 (Kirlkland minoxidil based in UK area code?) and the fake website online. Also, upon clicking the tracking info that was sent to my email it showed that the package origin is in Guandong China. The package just arrived today December 4, 2025 by a Chinese courier i guess . What shocking to me is that when i saw the packed and the print it seems to me that something wrong I checked the label and compared to my original Kirkland Minoxidil - its a counterfeit product from unknown source. First, the fake minoxidil scent is totally different from my original one and it gives me a dizziness and headache after inhaling the fake product. Second, the packaging of the fake minoxidil was smooth compared to the original which has two dents on it ( I was shocked upon discovery). This was a counterfeit product in first time of experience purchasing online. Lessson learned check carefully the webiste if it is a legit! . I have an account purchase history with Kirkland Minoxidil where i purchased my original product . I reached out to the authentic customer service with regards to the order number given by the fake merchant/ website and they said the order was not the same as theirs. This gives me an alarming situation because if i used the fake product it would be detrimental to my scalp and might give more side effects. I just have to be extra careful next time and learn from this experience.
