he product I received is not what was advertised, and the company appears to be operating dishonestly. The advertisement promised an advanced AI robotic pet, but the item delivered was a cheap, low-quality toy that does not match the description in any way. The seller has also been unresponsive to all attempts to contact them for a return or refund. Given the misleading advertising, unauthorized charges, and inability to reach the seller, I believe this is a fraudulent transaction and request your assistance in resolving this matter.
