I was hesitant but I wanted to get this great deal as gifts for Christmas .order # trendroz251103101149973 I received a confirmation but no updates or no tracking information absolutely nothing. On Nov 21 I sent a email request a update on this order or a refund they responded but as of today I haven't heard from them no contact what so ever NO email or NO merchandise. Attached is the email of them responding that they received my email no other communication from them.
