I was searching for retro Jordans in a specific color for my daughter for christmas. This website offered the shoe and a much lower price than other websites. The website seems to be legit and they had a Black Friday sale. I placed my order on November 30th and on December 1st I received information saying that my order was shipped but I never received an email confirmation for my order. I was provided a USPS tracking number and when I went to track it on their site it said it was invalid. I then googled the tracking number and received no results. I then googled the shipping company 4PX Mail Solutions and received multiple websites to search the package. I input the tracking number into each website in each website yielded no results. I reached out to customer service and they signed their emails as Mia Thermopolis from the movie The Princess Diaries. That is when I realized this was a scam and I then researched a company and found multiple scam reports on the BBB website and trustpilot.com when I try to call their customer service number it's a busy signal no matter what time of day I call. I had to report it as fraudulent to my bank in order to hopefully get my money back.
