Description
My husband received a letter regarding our home warranty that was potentially about to expire. It was on pink paper with "Final Notice" at the top. My husband asked me to call the woman on the letter and ask for an email where I could send a copy of our home insurance policy. I became suspicious by the lack of actual company name or any email in the letter. I called the woman and the message gave a company name of Forever Homes, USA. By this point I hung up suspecting fraud. I googled the number and saw BBB reports and other postings indicating this it a scam. And in tiny print at the bottom is a notice regarding warranty coverage of appliances and home repairs. So it's all just a sales gimmick. Finally, the envelope the letter came in has absolutely nothing on the front or back to indicate the originating company or a location.
