I was charged for an AI image enhancing app that I was unaware of going back to March 2025. It was a $35 charge each month on top of an international fee of .39 cents. They first started by charging my account $1.00, then .01 cents and this charge never stood out to me until just recently when I saw it in my pending charges and didn't expect it. There is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for and even if I had, there is still no way to reach a person to discuss the matter to get a refund or stop the charge. I've had to cancel my credit card in order for the charges to be stopped and I cannot recover the money lost with the exception of the first ninety days through Mastercard debit through Genisys CU.
