Description
This company reels you in by posing as a major airline, in my case, JetBlue. They use its logo, and then assist you with booking a flight. After booking the flight, it was revealed to me on the confirmation that they were actually CheopO, and I was not dealing with Jet Blue at all. The confirmation I received and printed out clearly stated that my ticketing was "progress" and I was assured that the actually tickets for my flights would arrive with 24 hours. When I did not receive the tickets, I called, and the representative from CheapO told me that the flight was no longer available. My trip was ruined. I needed to be in Florida with my reservations for a hotel the next day, and I was without any recourse. The representative offered me another deal for more money, and I fell for this bs and agreed to pay more if he would find me another flight on the same day. He said he would call back and never did. I have not as yet checked to see if I was charged on my card, but this company misled me to believe I had those tickets and I had to cancel my hotel reservations at a great loss.
