Business Name: Tryassence Website: https://tryassence.com Amount Lost: $60.93 Date of Purchase: 10/18/2025 Type of Scam: Online Purchase / Non-Delivery Description of Incident: I placed an order with Tryassence through their website on 10/18/2025 for several pairs of men’s boxers totaling $60.93. I received an initial order confirmation, but I never received any shipping updates, tracking number, or estimated delivery date. It has now been over two months, and the company has not delivered the items. I contacted them multiple times through the email address listed on their website and through their “contact us” form, but I have not received any response. There is no phone number or functioning customer service. After researching the company further, I found numerous complaints from other consumers reporting the same issues — orders not being shipped, no communication, and no refunds. Several scam-analysis websites also classify Tryassence as a high-risk or potentially fraudulent website. At this point, I believe this business to be operating a scam, as they collected payment but failed to provide the product or any customer support. I am submitting this report so others can be warned.
