This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received letter in mail stating escalations were made to collect a debt from Bank of America account. It had my name and last 4 digits if my social on the letter. I have never had a vank of america account and checked my credit report for identy theft and there were no issues. Googled this name and realized a scam. People ease protect yourselves.
