The advertisement popped up on U Tube -- long video making claims that I later found out were untrue -- i.e. supplement approved by the FDA; They talked about 2 ingredients, and the bottle showed 17, the main ones being Vitamins B1, B6, B12. The bottles (6) of capsules of "cognitive support formula" says distributed by Neurocept, Aurora, CO 80011. The payment was to Cartpanda, some sort of broker who knew nothing about the product. The packing slip said Endurox Prime. The advertisement said fully refundable if you are not satisfied. I was emailed by someone who was asking me use a "coach"..... which I didn't accept. There has been continually no answer to the customer service number -- "outside of normal business hours" all day long, and no replies to the email address, [email protected] I am definitely unsatisfied with the product but am unable to get a refund.
