I placed an order on 12/2 to a company from TikTok called Oak&Cedar for 3 items. Only received one item and then they charged my credit for 29.99 for a membership fee under. Different name Cedar & Ash. Called the company to dispute the charges they refused to reimburse my payment. I never agreed to a membership and never received all my items. Customer severance was not hopefully. I called my credit card company and they cancelled my credit card but refused to let me dispute the charge since I did order items and said it’s the company’s problem. This to me is fraud of the company! Charging people for items never received or agreed to.
