I ordered two scarves from kayra the label on nov 12 and the money was processed nov 13. I received my package on the 20 of nov. I opened it and realized I only had one scarf in it and I ordered two, the packing slip also stated two scarves, so i immediately emailed them and reached out on instagram the same day. I got no reply so I reached out on tiktok on the 21, and left a comment under their video letting them know I dmed them they got back to me on the 22 asking what my order number and what was missing. I let them know right away and waited for a reply i got none. So i continued to leave comments letting them know i replied and they finally got back on the 25th, they then said they’d ship the product on the 25th and send me tracking details soon, i waited a whole week and they never sent me anything, so I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge and continued to dm them. They are now completely ghosting me and refuse to refund the cost or even ship my product!
