My experience is much like the person from Montreal. On November 21, 2025, I ordered 6 boxes of weight loss supplements. It was stated on the web site that it was a Canadian made product. The sale price, tax and shipping came to $61.97. When I received my order confirmation through email, the total was $146.97. Six extra boxes of the supplement and six boxes of boost drops were now added on my order. I did not order or want these. I contacted Dhairhpra and was advised that the order could not be cancelled as a number had already been assigned to it. They advised me to wait until I received the products and then return them. When the order was delivered, to my further dismay, the product was not made in Canada and in fact had a USA flag on it. When I went to return them, their web site instructions leaned toward keeping the products as I would be responsible for the shipping charges and there was no guarantee they would even receive them, and instead accept a 30% refund. I was amenable to this if I received a full reimbursement for the products I did not order. My bank account also has two charges, $84.89 and $98.83 for a new total of $183.72. Hours of time was wasted with back and forth emails. Dhairhpra would not fully refund me for their add on to my order or the increased charges. I finally agreed to a 50% refund. Minutes later, I received yet another email saying they were only refunding me 30%... I advised them that i would be reporting their scam to the BBB of Canada.
