I got this text message telling me that paperwork was delivered to my address and that I have not responded, but I have not received any paperwork from anyone. I was given a number to call (866-448-3809) and a reference number (653-06848) to call them at. I have also received phone calls from numbers that are Potential Scams so I didn't answer the call, so I don't know if it was the same company. Again, I have no idea who this is or what it is about and I never received any paperwork. I do not intend to call them back because when I looked up the number they called from it is flagged as a scam. Text Message I Received: Urgent paperwork regarding your case file was sent out to your address over 30 days ago. As of Monday, the issuer has not received your response.
