Description

This is a known company in business a LONG time. The catch is when they get you to joing the special membership for appx 200/year which gives you discounts on the services and allows family to use the services as the lower prices also. The first time I used joined and schedule it Nov 2023, they resheduled because they didn't have enough people to provide the appointed services moving me into January 2024. The membership automatically renews. It did so in Nov 2024. I received NO MAILINGS for scheduled services. I received DAILY phone calls without leaving messages and told them to MAIL ME and stop calling. I never received a mailing. I never used the testing service due to many family health issues and death. It just automatically renewed Saturday Nov 29th; I get a charge notification so that's how I knew. I completely forgot about it existing since I get NO MAIL OR EMAIL anymore from them. I called Monday the 1st during business hours to cancel and refund. I was told I signed up for this when I signed on and that a refund was not allowed when not cancelled prior. I signed up for that to happen. I was told I took advantage of services in the last year which I DID NOT. When trying to find out if someone had somehow used my account, the service representative just KEPT TALKING. When I told her the exact timeframe of the signup and ONE TIME use in January 2024, again I was told it was in the last year (which it was not) and I signed up for this. SUFFICE TO SAY I GOT ANGRY. I told her to cancel it no matter what. This was even if I lost the money. She just kept talking and would not listen. I said just cancel it; you can see how this scam subscription process works fundamentally. I planned to report to the BBB and my Senator who is good about listening to such things as this should be regulated to REQUIRED NOTIFICATION PRIOT TO RENEWAL for such things as well as allow at least a week to cancel. This could have been a simple good business move on their part. They already got 200 out of me last year with not use of services and no proper communication to schedule them from them. She told me I dont' have to THREATEN...She considers proper reporting to get change a threat! I never threatened her in any way! It was a crazy thing to say. I just wanted to to cancel it and stop talking on and on. She asked a supervisor about getting a refund from a "human point of view". The surpervisor did so. I have to wait to see if it actually gets done. ADVICE: this is how subsriptions services makes money. We all know that. BUT this business did NOT communicate correctly about scheduling or as requested. DON'T GET CAUGHT UP with the "special" membership. This is the direct number to them just so you can know it yourself. 833-759-9022. Of note, this is the only frustrating interaction with them. In 2023 when signing up and talking, it was pleasant.
