I ordered from a website on TikTok. I ordered a 8 pack of sweatshirts with no hood. It says it takes 5 to 7 days to receive product. I waited two weeks. I had received a email from them about my order with a tracking number on the day I ordered 11/3/25. I sent a email to them at [email protected] I got no response. I tried to email again and I was blocked. At the time of ordering I had checked the comments section and they were all good reviews. On ll/16/25 was my first email a few days later I tried to send a 2nd email I was blocked. So I went back to the TikTok and looked up the store online. I found several advertisements. On most of them the comment section was turned off. On the other ones that did have comments I clicked on the actual person that made the comment and it took me to a fake account or took me straight to their online store. So all of the comments were fake. So I sent them a message thru their online store and I got no response. So today a month after my order I looked them up on BBB. Which told me the information that it is a scam. They don’t send the product and charge your account multiple times without permission. So I had to call my bank and turned off my Visa debit card. So now I can’t pay my bills until I get my new card.
