Description
Sent a notice with relevant information about our recent new car purchase. I did not read it closely enough to see there is one line that says it’s coverage after the factory warranty. Everything else makes it sound like it is the activation for the factory warranty. I called and gave my payment information. They had the last 6 of my VIN to confirm and said several things to make me believe they were in contact with the dealership and looking up my account information.
