This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I went through the process to see how much shipping and taxes were. They make you get all the way to the payment screen. I then backed out to see if I could get a first time purchase discount if I created an account and look at some reviews. That is when I noticed this "American" company (this is listed on the website) had a Hong Kong address and the reviews were awful. Then I got an email stating I had made a purchase through my Paypal. The cancellation policy is you have 2 hrs to cancel by sending an email to the company. Also- they charge 20% to cancel and have a no return policy.
