I purchased an item, a tactical walking stick. However what I received was not the walking stick I wanted. I was however sent just a regular hiking stick. I used paypal. They refused to send the correct item, and said the order was correct even with clear photo documentation the item did not in any physical way resemble the item advertised. They offered a discount on future orders. I filed a claim with PayPal, which was used to purchase the item, and their team rewarded me a full refund. This seems to be a standard operation with this company.
