Description

Pat split is a platform that helps connect renters with rooms for rent in the city or any neighborhood of their choice. It’s all done on the platform. Renters pay upfront before being allowed to view the home. The host of the homes are in the scam as well. They purposely rent out mold infested properties to unsuspected renters who are unaware that their health is at risk. The properties have visible signs of mold damage with warped walls, stains on the ceilings that have been covered up with tacky paint jobs, and patchwork. Pot split tries to convince the renters to continue in the program and to rent out another room, asking for more money in deposits. Pass split has no intentions in resolving any of the issues that the homes for rent possess. It is illegal to rent out in inhabitable homes that will cause illness to those who live there. Passport is fully aware of this, but do it with the intentions of gaining financially.
