Coercion by him to purchases his owned land to build new home for investment flip project. I took out a new construction loan directed by owner and his promise to complete the build in 6 to 8 months. Almost a year and a half in he stopped at 80 % completion of the home causing foreclosure and the loan to mature. Therefore losing all of investment and depleting my bank account.
