I ordered a "tactical" walking stick for a gift. After one month a walking stick arrived, disassembled in a plastic bag. None of the tactical elements were completed. When I contacted customer service I was asked to send a photo of the packing wrapper and the contents. In one day I received a reply stating that according to the photos the company had completed their purchase agreement and the issue was closed. I replied that the tactical elements of the advertised product were not included in my delivery. The company's reply was that they had completed the sale and they offered me a discount on another product. Scam.
