This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I have received a post card "Final Notice from Citizens Bank" asking me to contact them about my property's home warranty. My home does not have a home warranty associated with it and I strongly suspect this to be a scam. I have not responded to this postal mail request to call them back. I am sending you a PDF copy of the notice. They have my address accurately depicted. I do not trust this request and am reporting it to the BBB.
