I needed a rain cap for my chimney. I found the business online. I called them and setup appointment. 2 Dudes show up with out of state plates. Quote me $2614.91 for the service but I paid 1579.46 in advance. They claimed to do some cleaning and will come back to put the rain cap a couple of days. When they show up, they claimed they have to reschedule because it was about to rain. Never call for a reschedule, so I called weeks later, and the lady I spoke with claimed they need some parts to install the cap. I waited 3 weeks and called again. This time the man I talked claimed they never order the parts and he was going to forward my account to management so they take a look and I would receive a call later. They never called back. After a few week, I called demanding a refund and the man I talk too claimed no one available and I will receive a call the following day. and of course, they did not call back. At this point I just want my money back. I am still going to call back before I tried something else. By the way the dudes that show up were 2 short Israelis men. They have tattoos on their arms and speak hebrew. One of them has a phone number from Basking ridge, New Jersey. Also this whole started August 19 2025. So far, it has been 3 months
