Credit Card company reimbursed my loss but I wanted to report this scam. Facebook ad for a free home health kit (medical supply samples), just pay $8.98 shipping and handling, I ordered this item (very legitimate looking web ad) and quickly discovered on my CC two charges, the 8.98 plus a 48.61 fee. I quickly notified my CC company and they cancelled my CC and mailed me a new one. Never received anything and the address I Googled was a residence in Dunedin Fl.
